8 speed rear wheel, marzocchi cable stop, tyres

Hi I'm after a few things to finish off my project. It is a budget build as we are buying a house right now so I'm not in the position to buy NOS exotica. The bike is a 1999 kona with LX / XT stuff mainly. What I need

26" rear wheel preferably black mavic rim on some 8speed shimano hub.
2 x 26" folding tyres, preferably not black. And not bigger than 2.2" Worn is OK, cracked is not OK.

Most crucially: I need that cable stop thingy that screws into the cnc brake arch of the old bomber forks. My steerer is not long enough to fit one under the stem.

I have a silver bontrager rimmed black lx hub'd wheel that takes 8-10 speed cassettes you can have for postage dude if it's any good?

I have some Panaracer Fire XC Pro tyres, 26x2.1, non folding but great tread on one and not bad on the other. I'll clean them up if you want them. £15 posted
