7x3 speed shifters

I'm looking for some 7x3 speed shifters.

They can be Thumb shifters or combined with the brake levers.

What's available?

I have plenty of xt thumbies, or a set of xt sti combined units.
Thumbies will be around £40 posted. Sti less than that.
Also have a few brake levers if required to match the thumbies.
