As per the title, looking for a 531c frameset
Ideally classic British builder (Harry Hall pref, Mercian/Bob Jackson, Joe Waugh) with a 54cm square build.
Bonus points if there are rear pannier guards and space for 32mm tyres
Must be collectable from Glasgow/Manchester or posted!
Not looking for a shelf queen - it’s for a commuter bike
