On the basis the same seller has another front mech available with £4.75 postage , it would be fair to assume the £475 postage is missing a decimal.

On the basis, no publicity is bad publicity, it gets people looking at his items, also I truly believe 99.9% of people will understand this is a joke. I have also posted a nice and cheap frame by the same seller as recompense.
