$400 1996 Klein Attitude - 22" XL frame, Team, XT

Seller says he's only willing to ship within Texas which boggles my mind. If you're willing to put it in a box and give it to a mail carrier, who cares if it travels 50 miles or 2,000 miles? Maybe someone who is on this board is also a TX resident and could help. The bike looks pretty clean and it's in the less common XL size.
