You can get Schwalbe Delta Cruisers in a sort of cream colour. They look nice, but they crack up and look dirty much quicker than the reliable old Michelin World Tour. £7 each at Chain Reaction cycles too, so about half the price as well.

You will want some new tubes. MTB tubes are fatter.

Black, Amber wall and cream are all you'll get in that wheel size. 3 speed roadsters are not hip and trendy no matter how much the late great Sheldon Brown rated them, shame really but you can get knobbly off road tyres in that size for Bicycle Speedway from Schwalbe
