Hi,

The bike can run up to a 140mm fork no problem according to Ragley .

Size wise it has a 23" top tube and 16" seat tube so I would guess up to 5,7" but best to check with Ragley.

They have only made a 16" / 18" and 20" so I would expect reasonably accommodating for a 16" frame.
