28 hole disc hubs 100/135

Hi guys and gals, as the title really, would like to pimp little ones ride but hubs are not able to take 10 speed so what you got?

Would ideally like hope but as long as can take 10 speed and cartridge bearings I’ll consider. Nothing stupidly expensive, maybe Xc or bulb?
