I could probably do all that. What length seat post, and saddle style/shape? I've various options. Shifter wise, deore mega 9 suit your plans?

I’ve got several cheap flat pedals , and also a cheap 27.2 post too.

350mm minimum on the seat post, ideally 400mm
Saddle shhape - just a normal mtb saddle nothing too massive or too tiny think WTB
Shifter - Deore mega 9 would be great
