25" or thereabouts touring / audax frame poss complete bike

As in title really - steel 531c or poss 531st but don`t really need a full on camping type tourer - would consider frame & forks in need of some tlc/repaint 126mm rear spacing to suit some wheels I have waiting. Near York but could collect if not too far or if you could post that would be fine. A classic English builder would be nice!

Dawes galaxy 531 frame and forks, has headset still fitted 24 inch frame, Had 5 speed wheel so 126mm old, paintwork should clean up
Seat post checked it is NOT stuck
