Karma 22" Raleigh frame and forks for free

Hi all,
Can anyone use this before I get it recycled. Ignore the paint and stickers as it has been resprayed and re-stickered at some point in its life.
I presume it is a hi tensile steel, run of the mill Raleigh frame. Steel post is rusted in the frame, I have done nothing more than spray oil on it so far and have made no effort to shift it.
I have also made not attempt to remove the BB.
The drive side seat stay is bent a little outwards.
If you want it it will need picking up from North East hampshire.
