21" orange prestige....frame or fill bike considered

Looking for a orange prestige. Must be 21". Not worried about tatty paint or decals. Infact prefer that.

Would look at full bike if correctly equipped.

Yep, got one I will sell. It's black with classic decals. Can be sold as a f+f, built as a complete bike. If you are interested let me know.
