All done - weighs in at 36.5lbs  My fitness is about to take a turn for the better
Feels pretty slack even with just 130mm up front (I think the USA Stinkies were spec'd with 150mm Jr Ts). I'd like to try offset shock bushings though to lower the BB height a touch. I swapped the q/r seat collar for a lower profile bolt-up one as from previous experience I know that cables and hoses tend to get snagged on the smaller size frames. I've managed to source an old Azonic Shorty copy stem off ebay so that'll go on once it arrives (I was never keen on those chunky, longish Kona out of bounds stems - it's flipped at the mo' to bring the front end down a bit). Even the Hayes HFX 9s surprised me. They felt really grabby when trying them out during the build but a bit of tweaking of lever reach and letting a little fluid out has them feeling pretty good although those mahoosive rotors are waaay overkill for me.
Yes, they're standard, uncut 680 Kona DH bars - probably considered wide in 2003 but they feel super-narrow now. They'll be going on the little Spooky once it arrives . . . impatient mode
