My sister has been pestering me to build her a bike for the last couple of months. Evenutually I caved in and decided to undertake said project.
After placing a wanted add on this site, I found a nice Kona Fire Mountain frame and bought it. Sister agreed she liked it, job was on...well, until she saw it in the metal. She then decided she didn't like it, and instead wanted to have another frame I had...happy days.
So, project started like this:

So once some bits were swopped etc, this is where I ended up:
It's quite a nice frame actually, really like and some quite nice detail around the rear drop outs. Forks are a set of RS Dart's, and majority of the rest of the spec comes from what came with the Mongoose frame originally.
Just ordered a cassette for it, then just need some cables and then it'll be done. Hopefully, if she doesn't change her mind again!
