2001 Marzocchi Z4 Air 100mm forks
ran these for a while whilst i rode my partners Heckler for a bit (she was pregnant!) but then the seals started to weep slightly so i stopped riding them.. theyre now surplus to requirements as i dont think the bike really fits me and wont be riding it again..
£35 including Postage to uk only
178mm 1 1/8th steerer
first.. the good news..
theyre in excellent condition for their age with only a couple of little scuffs, there are 3 slightly bigger ones on the left hand side of the front of the brace as you look at the fork.. they're nothing major though on a fork of this vintage..!
stanchions pretty much perfect above and below the seals.
now the bad news..
they need new seals and oil and are currently disc only. (the fork will be supplied with no oil apart from a light coating inside so it doesnt potentially leak everywhere in transit)
pop some new seals and oil in though... and theyre good to go!
the v-brake studs can be bought from Ukbikestore and they sometimes appear on ebay.
the brace is currently held in place by a couple of bolts instead of the brake studs which makes them look a bit better when running discs and keeps the brace firmly in place as the v-brake studs did.
