2" to 1 1/8" head tube reducer for Cannondale frame

Hi,

Just picked up a 1999 cannondale f500 frame cheap.
But now need to get a cheap headshock fork or fit a normal 1 1/8" so need a 2" to 1 1/8" head tube reducer.

Can anyone help as i am on a budget
