1998 the last of the USA built frames in mango, 19" and to include the seat post and ritchy headset.

There are the usual scuffs and scratches here and there, but overall in good condition. The pics show these, however if you need anymore pics just ask!

I've heard a few people say 1998 was the last US built, but I have a USA built M2 in black that has different chainstays (chunkier) that is a 1999.

Nice frame though, I have a mango (which is more yellow) in 15.5" and it's a great frame.
