Dirt Disciple
Hello

Looking to sell my much loved, much used P7 RS.

Frame wise its good, but the lacquer has come of in places and a bit of surface rush on most parts, more so near the welds. Small ding in the top tube which I got pretty much the first month of owning the bike back in 1997 (worked in a factory and a priece of fibreglass fell on it:() MTB with it for a few years, most of the time has been a commuter vehicle, and since the rockshoxs gave up I replaced with some original P7 forks straight from Orange.

Other parts to note
Club roost aheead IBeam stem
Coda Cannondale kevlar saddle
USE titanium seatpost
Deore/LX/STX gearing
LX hubs with mavic 138 & 517 wheels

Have just replaced all cables & chain (hg40).

Comes with all as pictured minus pedals, rear mud guard, bottle cage & any light fittings.

£270 and based in Plymouth, Devon for pick up

Thanks
Greg

oh i dont know, the jaunty angle of the bike, the juxtaposition of the flaking gate and white wall gives it a certain pseudo post modernist ambiance which speaks to me of the injustice inherent in capitalism.

I think perhaps a slower shutter speed and over exposure may help to capture the message you was intending to convey far better though

I would have took your post more seriously had you included the words "zeitgeist" and "curious dichotomy" in there somewhere.

Sorry, phone posting & to busy chatting to neighbours then it got dark.

17inch frame. If interested come have a look or contact me for better pics.

Bike still available

I have bought some Indy S forks, yet to be fitted. Comes with both rigid and these small travel forks.

Better pictures to come when I can get out on it in daylight, darn work :(

Reason for selling is looking to go all modern.

£270

Shame on you, Modern

Turns and walks away muttering

Anyway good luck with the sale :)

Fitting an Indy S is going modern in itself (and a step backwards in terms of performance - kind of like going from the sublime (F7) to the ridiculous (Indy S)).

The bike is a 1996 size 19 (measured to the top of the seat tube). Are the forks black? I haven't seen a polished P7 with black forks before.
