Being pedantic but the seller says:

My friend was the original owner and had the custom paintwork on the headtube area done when he ordered the frameset.

To be totally clear they mean the cream paint don't they, not the actual head tube badge which I guess is a decal like all the others! I'm sure I've seen a Hot with this schema before on here...(goes off to search)
