1996 P7 seat clamp size please!

Hi

I managed to mangle the seat clamp thread on my 1996 P7 today :roll: - it's the one with the 29.6 seatpost, but I can't find what size seat clamp it needs.

I've been running it SS for over 10 years, so can't even check the front mech.

Any help please?

I might try to get one with an integrated cable hanger as I am thinking of changing back to the original LX canti's but had the original cable hanger taken off 2 re-sprays ago when I changed to V's (This bike has had a lot of changes and I'm now thinking of making it a bit more 'period' with canti's, stickers Hope ti hubs, syncros post. Just need to source some nice cranks )

I'm 99% sure it's a 31.8mm

I have an original P7 seat clamp from a 96 / 97 frame. It's a little scruffy but perfectly usable. Pm me if interested and i'll sort a price out for you.

Thanks - I've just got a bargain one from planet X for about £2 with a cable hanger... now to get some canti brake levers...
