1996 Kona Kula 3rd time around

What to do with the bits bought for builds that never happened and odds just lying about? And a frame you like but is just on the tatty side. Or parts that no one seemed to want.

The answer is when you are bored, slap them together and come up with something like this. Some what of a Retro mod

My '96 Kula for the 3rd go around. (Maybe this time it will stick)

Going to dig through some more boxes to finish her up.
