Never tried anything like posting my bikes - I generally just ride stuff and don't really care what it is.
But in a state of depression after missing out on the Breezer sold here recently, I had to buy something.
I wanted something I could throw random bits at, see what stuck, and use it for local muddy play rides.
So I bought a rather tired looking Explosif frame and forks from dnbmatt28 - some dings, stickers missing, but nice price and a long way off a garage queen.
Arrived very nicely packed, took it home and opened it up. Excuse the really rubbish pictures. I'm sure my phone has a better setting, just don't know where.

Stuck some wheels on to make it look like a bike
And decided it felt really nice and started to feel some love. I decided that I would continue to just stick bits on to get a working bike, but would then start looking for the correct parts and once I had them all, treat it to a nice respray and some new decals (But that could be a long while yet)
In the meantime started to source some bits - a kind friend gave me an almost perfect set of Magura brakes in bright fluoro yellow. And some Sachs gripshifts which might go on later - should have X Rays but...
Fitted those, along with the seat post from my '95 Hahanna commuter, and a Charge Spoon.
Rest of the stuff to get it moving should arrive during the week, so hopefully by next weekend it should be muddy.
