I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you. I was being somewhat vague in my previous post but let me explain more thoroughly.
For the 1996 model year, Klein was in transition and they were using up all their existing stock of Adroit and Attitude tubes because of the Trek buyout. This transition meant that there are some 1996 Adroit frames that used the 1995 Adroit tubes (2" downtube, slightly raised bumps at the waterbottle bolts from the carbon fiber that's under the paint, carbon fiber reinforced seat stays and chainstays, and either a Judy SL or the rigid Strata fork) and some 1996 Adroit frames were built using the 1995 Attitude tubes (1.75 in downtube, no carbon fiber anywhere on the frame, and the Uniklein fork which looks like the Strata but just says "Klein" on it). The serial numbers of the '93-95 Adroit models have an "X" in it while the Attitudes had a "T". On the 1996 Adroit models you will find some serial numbers that have the X (because they used the 1995 Adroit tubes that I mentioned above) or they will have a T in the serial number because they used the Attitude tubes.
Given all that, and looking at the tiny picture on that site, I can see:
1. a frame that says "Adroit",
2. it's painted in the burgundy/blue linear fade which was only available on the 1996 Adroit and
3. the fork says "Strata"
My eyes aren't that good to see the serial number on the bottom of the frame but everything else says it's an Adroit to me.
Question, if it's an "Attitude" why would you contact the seller? The price he's charging is much more than what I've seen "Attitudes" sell for recently wouldn't you agree?

It's your money that you're paying for it so if you really want to call it an Attitude, be my guest.
