Brake boosters do look cool mate but bitd most people i new back then were using roller cams for extra stopping power and brake boosters to take the twisting out of the suspension forks ..

awesome...i have pretty much this exact same bike - really like it

for now though i'm just using it for the work commute - i replaced the tyres (road ones from the seller) with panaracer fire xc pro in red...really match the frame nicely. the bike is great to ride - light and responsive....

Took the stumpy to france on holiday. I'd have preferred to take my "proper" mountain bike, but had concerns about it getting nicked from the roof when we stopped at hotels on the way there.

In the end it worked really well, there was a nice network of forest trails above the gite we stayed and and the old girl even managed to set a third place on strava.

That looks really nice and glad you took the stumpy with you as they are really good bikes ..
