We've seen this for sale before. It's the Prestige decal that's the giveaway that it isn't a 1995 P7. It could be as early as 1990, or maybe 91. I think it is a size 19, but I admit it looks a bit odd partly because the early ones had such short head tubes in relation to the seat tube, but also I think the photo is distorted.
