Hello everyone,
Perhaps you saw my previous post with the Wheeler 9900 and thought to yourself, "I wish it was a larger, more recent bike with front suspension and fully polished aluminum finish from a Japanese mega-brand in even closer to NOS condition." If you are that individual, here is your bike.
Aside from the missing chrome Tange rigid fork (damn) and skinwall Z-Max Kevlar tires (double damn), this bike is effectively new. The Korean-made City Slicker clones (triple damn) still have the mold-release material on the tread.
As with the Wheeler, my "restoration" efforts here extended to simply taking off all of the junk which the previous owner had added. I haven't even properly cleaned it yet; you may be able to see the sticker residue where the reflective patches used to be on the seatpost and head tube.
By now, you should know the drill. If this was and remains your dream bike, drop me a PM. Otherwise, expect to see For Sale postings for the non-XT and Judy XC pieces in the future.
As always, thanks for your time and attention,
The Kid
