Surface rust no dings or dents seatpost free bottom bracket feels smooth.
Mix of Alivio and STX.
Nice frames have a '94 as my daily rider.

It's actually a cut saw or file why has it been done guess to remove a stuck post at some time - seatpost free and does clamp.
I'll post a pic.
