It's an interesting mixture - definitely a 96 frame not 95, but not the standard 96 colour and the decals do look like 95 ones. Could be a respray, but quite a few 96 Konas came out in option colours mid-season.
It should be a cheap way of getting Suspension EXperience, and if the rear shock is working as claimed, it could be worth buying for that alone.
