'95 Fire Mountain frame, measures 19" to top of seat tube. It's had a hard life, mucho scratches and scrapes with surface rust coming through in places. One bottle cage bolt is damaged and just soins, so needs removing and a new rivnut fitting.
The bottom bracket feels OK, and I think the headset is re-usable.
Ideal pub bike/work bike or repaint it.
