1995 Klein Pulse Drk Forest Green

I'm trying to figure out what this bike frame is worth. I'm not sure whether I'll sell just the frame or build the bike back up into its former factory XT-737 build spec. The frame is beautiful! I'm not sure if the original owner road it more than 100 miles but if he did, it wasn't on any dirt!
As for the frame condition, when I bought it (1st three pics), it didn't have any chain wrap. It does now :face palm: . It does have a couple paint chips near the drop outs but all in all, very clean. Now, the one spot I noticed that bugs the sh*t out of me is the top tube. I rode this thing for almost 3 months before ever noticing (and I'm very OCD with straight lines/trueness) but at one time, it must have seen the jaws of a bike stand. I'm not sure how I can show this in photos but its there…you just have to search for its lack of trueness with your hand. I've gone through a bunch of pics and only see one that shows a subtle variance (pic 4). You be the judge.
Anyway, its an awesome bike and weighs in just over 22lbs right now. Let me know what you would value JUST THE FRAME and FACTORY BUILD please. Oh yeah, I'm in the US if that matters. Thanks for the input!
