Frame is in good condition with no dents or dings. It has some minor scratches from normal use.No signs of rust at all and no cracks.Measurements: seat tube 18.5 inches c-c/20 c-top(end of seat tube) and top tube 23 c-c. I also got an Accutrax fork that will fit the frame perfecly(Asking $150 dollars).
