In good condition 400-600. This condition however, I’d say it needs repairs and/or repaint. Maybe 75? It’s also missing the stock seat collar.

That frame would be £150 - 200 if pristine.
Like this, with a few dints? No really a problem for a run around.

But that isn't *missing* the collar, is had it lopped off and the compression gap extended to beyond the welding area...😂
£30

For the record serial number is something like, hard to read...
RMA4418?

I’d say they are worth more than that, but this is just from my perspective. In pristine condition, that is, of course. They’re not often for sale and the 1994 tubing and colours are epic. They fetch a lot more in mainland Europe. I agree it’s hard to put a price on it, but your estimate I reckon is a bit on the low side for a top end steel Rocky.

In prestine cond. would be around 800 Euro. VGC-GC i agree with @troje . It's an Altitude guys. ;)

Hi, is the weight in that size real or is it the claimed weight? I mean I had another tange superlight frame and it was close to 1.900 gr in a 17 size. I can imagine they made the trick with some other prestige or who knows tubing on the back, but it’s a huge gap.
As for the dents they don’t look huge and maybe with the wood blocks tricks you can take most of it out, I would check alignment prior doing anything.
Lovely frame of the era!
Cheers

They'll probably be real weight.

They made them light.
I also have heavy superlight frame in comparison, it depends on how much of the tubing and which one they picked.
That and reinforcement, milling out parts, dropouts etc.
