1994 19" MANITOU FS COMPLETE BIKE FOR SALE

Before it goes on Ebay, I thought someone on here might be interested.

I built it up about 6 years ago and have only ridden it a few times. The rear wheel, and stem were NOS from Elite504 on here with everything else second hand. I spent about £1100 on parts on top of the frame which cost quite a bit as it had no cracks. 'Had' being the operative word, as of course now it has a crack in the head tube, which has happened SINCE the bike was last ridden. Impressive huh?

I guess I am looking for somewhere around £1100 for everything. It has full XTR, Avid brakes, Ringle, Cooks cranks, Synchro bars. All the usual high end stuff really. Frame in great condition apart from the crack.

Bike is in Vauxhall SW8.

That is such a shame, given the crack and dent damage on the headstock I'd be surprised if it is little more than a parts bike. Unless someone has had this issue before and can say if they recovered it, who repaired it for them and the cost?

such a shame to invest heavyly on a bike, for it to get a crack.. I had the same issue (somewhat less expensive) but heartbreaking all the same with an Orange E3.. anyhow should get good money for the parts..

Cool...well if you know a good frame repairer..your laughing... no disputing it's a top of the class bike
