Wow, nice bike, I guess the Hot frames are pretty hard to come by now of that vintage..not too sure many were sold in the UK

thank you all for the kind words--frankly im amazed that i was able to attach the picture so easily to the post. thought i would have problems.

rich- dunno how rare the hots were, to be honest. i know this one is #TET 547, so theres gotta be at least 500 more around somewheres.

Kona Hots

Beautiful Bike mate!

Yeah, Hots are pretty hard to come by - especailly the Teasdale ones (1990-1995). They were available over here but only as frames, being the top of the range steel frames Kona made.

They were all (1990-199 handmade in the US, originally from Tange Presstige Ultimate tubing and then Reynold 583.

Their alu counterpart was the Ku.

I love them!

actually theres a guy on boston craigslist with a 17' hot for sale--i dont know him--claims its a 94 teesdale job-- i tried last night to attach pics he sent me to this post but with no success-- the ad was a few days ago if you wanna check it out-
