evening all..
i have a 1993 karakoram frame and forks for sale. i will throw in the headset and stem. the stem is a steel flip flop and is very light but tatty. headset isnt the greatest but it holds everything together nicely.
frame does have scratches as can be expected for a 16 year old frame which is still in original paint. all threads are spot on. the only problem is a dent on the downtube. the picture makes it look far worse than it is though. it looks like it is a really wide dent but the truth is the darkness you can see on the right isnt the shadow of the dent, it is just missing paint and decal. the dent occured about 10 years ago and the frame rides fine today.
frame measures 16.5 inches centre to centre, 18 centre to top.
i am looking for £50 posted for the frame, steel rigid forks, headset and stem
MANITOU 2 FORKS
sold to me in good faith from a fellow forum member and they do seem to be as good as stated. the forks go down and back up again so the elastomers seem to still be doing their job.
aesthetically they are pretty good but they are used and unrestored so are not perfect. looking for £50
