That's not raw silver. It's a 1995 Karakoram in Mirror Titanium which is a painted finish. Same color was used on the original Avalanche AL in 1993.
Lister said "GT's top end production steel frame (only the Psyclone was higher) one of Gt's legendary frames. In solid good condition though the "mirror titanium" paintwork is tatty with paintchips. No rust (bar some minor surface/cosmetic) no nets and no cracks.
Lister is seriously wrong...there was at least a Corrado, a Team Avalanche, a Bravado LE and or even a Richter 8.0 above the Karakoram many years. In 95 the Karakoram was the top production chromoly model but only because GT added so many models in aluminum that year.
