Just to warn off anyone who might think that the 1994 Explosif decal could mean that this is a 94 Explosif. The seller clearly knows it isn't an Explosif as he describes it simply as a Kona.
I think it's a size 18, and it's the shape of the bottom of the seat tube that may indicate that it's a Cinder Cone or maybe Lava Dome. A lot better than a kick in the teeth, but not as good as an Explosif.
