Not sure about headtube either, maybe a bit of rust touched up.

You'll be able to find some identical forks to replace the 94 ones. Look in good condition apart from that.

I'm going to strip it down and check it out, going to clean and polish and see how it looks, maybe a re-spray at some point. Already have an eye on some replacement forks for the 94 Kona. Thanks for the info and advice
