i emailed the seller the last time he had it on the web, his location was London so i said i would pick up and pay cash, he replied "i live in the Shetland Islands is this a problem?" i said i have a relative who lives their that can pick it up, guess what, i got no reply

The guy is active again. Probably the same ad - this time in Craigslist London. I enquired and he told me the Shetland Islands as a location. I asked for paypal and he told me that he cannot accept that due to unspecified "problems". He not even gave me a name.
