My attitude would be that if they want the frame back, then they have to arrange and pay for collection. ebay will almost certainly back you, because the seller hid faults that make the frame dangerous: a refund of your cash is obligatory, getting the frame back is there problem.

Your refund is for the initial postage cost as well... Once you get your refund it is completely upto you weather you send the frame back or not, and what need is there to waste money sending this back?

Ah, this is news to me. Cheers, will look into a dispute.

Edit: dispute opened. Advice on here was correct, refund is for sale price pus P&P, and seller pays the cost of return. We'll see how this pans out :facepalm:

edit: looking at it - it appears to have been bought, stripped and flipped by the ebay seller - so just to be clear I'm not implying any impropriety on CTK's part I wouldn't want anyone getting the wrong impression.
