That needs some TLC. From memory that frame didn't come with those rather nice forks.

$50 is a reach for that frame in that condition, when complete chromoly stumjumpers in good to mint condition can be had whole for $200. In addition, that fork is all wrong for it, and isn't that nice of a fork- Tange Struts, missing the rubber caps.
