1991 Saracen Sahara inc original paint job!

I'd love it but it's no postage and don't fancy a 500 mile round trip for it. Nice though it is

its not THAT nice...

200GS original spec. The cranks alone would cost a fortune to post out due to the weight.
That said, it's in my home town and I have been known to rescue Saracens...

I used to have the same model/year of Saracen Sahara. If I remember rightly most of that paint job is actually stickers.

Cost me something like £330 I think. Which is a great indication of deflation in mountain bikes over the years.

It was my first proper mountain bike - although I use that term loosely as most of the components wore out in under six months (some within a month).

Apart from that it was a good bike. Cromoly frame rather than hi-tens steel - so I upgraded the parts as they wore out (until I got my Kirk Magnesium).
