That's unlikely - 92 Cones were 1+1/8th as standard

Well the seller said it was a cindercone but was not sure. Obviously it isn't a cindercone then. I think (and others who have looked at) it is a Kona frame. Which Kona's used 1" threaded headsets?

The 89/90 Cinder Cones used a 1" headset with a 22.2mm stem.

If you are sure it's a 91 model it could be a Fire Mountain, get a picture of the frame up and we'll be able to tell.
