1991 Klein Rascal Seat Post Diameter

I am trying to restore a 1991 Klein Rascal and can't find any information on the proper seat post diameter. The one that is currently installed on the bike is rusted and appears to have been sanded down at one time. There are no visible markings. Does anyone have any info?

The one you have right now looks allot like an original Shimano XT

and what do you need to restore?, from what i can see the rascal looks pretty fine to me

Rub it down and polish it up, looks like a decent enough post to me

I have had 4 Rascals over the years. Here is one I just sold. It was a beautiful Sea and Sky Rascal with some nice components.
