so how much has you life changed since 1990 ?

me , well in 1990 i used to put in 96 hours a week reguarly
12 hr night shift a friday backshift and saturday sunday mornings
cleard 900 + a week tho but the down side was 5 hours sleep a day
car , a 1988 astra GTE, E588 XNS , if anyone knows of its whareabouts
i'd like it back
motor bike , suzuki GSXR 750L and a couple of crossers cr250 qnd a
ktm350 lc4
mtb a black spatter diamond back topanga with loads of upgrades
xt brakes , drive train , wheels etc , next upgrade a frame

house kids and all that have changed too
what about you ?
 
Lived with my mum

Prized posession was my Cannondale SM2000
with rc30's
syncros stem, cranks & ti bb

Worked in my mates paintball store & marshalled at the weekends

Only thing I drove back then was my Kyosho Turbo Burns

Was probably on £350 a week, but it was mostly for beer :lol:

Life was simpler :wink:

Was in my first year at secondary school, got my Tufftrax, lived with parents, didn't like girls.... Thing's have changed quite a lot! :wink: :lol:
 
At st andrews uni gadding about on my clockwork and drinking to much newkie brown, eating to many macaroni pies from the all night bakery, happy days 8)
 
i was in my first year at colledge.......tanned, handsome and hung like a draught excluder.......not much has changed...... :wink:
 
I was 9. I lived in a large victorian mansion set in 60 acres of beautiful park and farm land on the edge of Leeds. I spent my time enjoying the delights of transformers, lego, star wars toys and running around the woods with playing army with gun shaped sticks since my mum objected to us to having toy guns.

My mum drove a Mini 1275GT and my dad had a Morgan +4 and a Murvi camper van.

Mountain biking was still 2-3 years off for me but I had a very shiny chromed Raleigh BMX.

I cleared £1 a week in pocket money.

Life has changed a lot for me since 1990.
 
first year at Lancaster university, just discovered mountain bikes riding in the Lakes and Dales most weekends 8)
 
In 1990 i lived in South London
worked in the NHS
And dating a woman old enough to be my mum.

Oh and rode a Muddy Fox
 
1990.. 1st redundancy and subsequent house repo, pre-redundancy salary was iro £36k with o/t, was driving a S1 RST, was also the year I started in the pet trade.
Oh.. let's not forget the £30k-ish debt (not including the £31k deficit when they sold the house)..
