1990 Cannondale SM 1000

Hi,

I recently found this old Cannondale for sale at Craiglist. As I was looking for a commuter this one looked a nice and original example.

Once I got it, it looks it has not been ridden that much. The frame has some minor scuffs here and there but no dings or structural damages at all.

Only the grips and the saddle are non original to catalog specs. Even the tires are original!

I plan to install new bars (unfortunately Easton Taperlites were cut to some ridiculous 45 cm. :facepalm, a longer seatpost and some slicks.

Pretty iconic paint scheme.
