1989 Marin Bear Valley or Pine Mountain wanted

Hello there

I'm on a search for a 1989 Marin Bear Valley or 1989 Pine Mountain. Needs to be 15.5in small size please. Bear valley would be black with gold logos and the pine mountain would be light grey frame and orangey forks

There was a 1989 Bear Valley advertised in mint condition 15.5 not so long ago, possibly by some company recycling bikes for Africa or something? I'll see if i can find the link....

i have an 1989 bear valley, i have just taken it apart, it all just needs a good clean, some wheels & a seatpost binder.
the big problem is the cranks are cross threaded, so a crank extractor will not work, and it will probably look better with some new paint & decals.
if your interested, pm me. and i'll sort out some photo's.
i think it is a 16" frame.

Videojetman's sounds like a good option, the crank could be freed by other means than an extractor, some people on here have done this before!

Shame you missed out there, it was a stunner. I nearly bought it just to re-own one, but decided not to because I need the 20.5" frame version!
