Yes, there's been two on ebay over the past three weeks. The one you mentioned was a 19"; had it been smaller, I would've grabbed...now I've spent my bike money for this month elsewhere...and I'm left to hope this one is still available in a little while when I'm ready.
I guess I could always make one of my other bikes into something like this...but it's not quite the same.
