I'm never going to do anything with this and it's a shame to have it hanging on the garage wall, so it needs to go. 1988 Raleigh Ozark in medium size.

Weird Sub-Deore groupset (this was pre Exage) with 18-speed SIS with thumbshifters, biopace crankset and a U-brake. 531 frame (main tubes only).

It's completely original apart from an STX front brake that got added at some point and the tyres. It's cable free currently but I'll add a bag of the special cable ends you'll need to use to get your cables to mate with the slotted cable guides.

It needs respraying, it needs TLC, it needs the stem and seatpost freeing off and it needs someone to love it!

I'm looking for £50 for the bike - we can debate postage or delivery later. I'm near Brighton.

Hurrah!

*gets sewing kit out for split sides*

8-)

The saddle attached to it probably gives it a net value of less than zero.

This is a brilliant and rare bike at an absolute bargain price.
It's one of the last of the Raleigh Lightweights, before the first Dyna-Techs.
It would make an absolutely amazing tourer, if someone wanted to do that.
Personally, this is a dream to me. If it was two inches smaller I'd have pulled your arm off.
