1988 Overburys Pioneer

I had this painted just recently, and the logos are painted on, not stickers. Trouble is, it's just too immaculate for me now and I can see that it won't be ridden, so I've decided to part with it. I'm just selling the frame, forks, headset and bb. The only issue is that it has no bb threads, and is fitted with a Mavic threadless bb. Any ideas on price would be welcomed! (It's 18.5" c-t, 15.5 c-c)

£120 erm tbh i have no idea of the true value and i'm really confused why a well sorted bike can be too immaculate as i'd of been off riding the trails on it by now and just enjoying the ride ..

Don't want to scratch it! I have plenty of other scratched bikes which I ride all the time with no worries. I prefer them that way.

Fair play Andrew that you can make that decision. You made a lovely job of it. Value, I'm not sure. I don't see the bb shell as a major issue as threadless ones (maybe not Mavic) are easy to come by. The paint is stunning and its nice to have the original fork. £100 seems to be the going rate for similar framesets which require new paint, and often repairs too, so this is worth far more than that IMO.

I understand where your coming from but i guess that's where you and i differ as i'd of been out on it putting the mile's on and worried about the scratches later on after i noticed them so going off what raiden said regards value then i'd advertise it with at least an extra £50 ontop of the cost of the re-paint so that way you won't be out of pocket ..
